Crisp celery sticks are filled with different flavored cream cheese mixtures for a delicious and refreshing low carb appetizer or snack.

Filling Suggestions
- 1 jalapeno pepper, deseeded and chopped
- 1 oz Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 oz sundried tomatoes, chopped
- 1 oz Everything Bagel Seasoning
- 1 oz Ranch dressing, packet
- 2 tablespoons Franks Red Hot Sauce
- 1 oz blue cheese crumbles
Mix the Fillings
Divide the cream cheese into 5 pieces and place them into 5 small bowls.
Combine the different fillings with the cream cheese and mix well until all ingredients are combined.
Using a small spoon or a piping bag, fill each celery piece with the cream cheese mixture. Be generous with the filling, ensuring each piece is well-stuffed.
Arrange the stuffed celery pieces on a serving platter and serve immediately, or refrigerate until ready to serve.
Makes 10 servings, with a serving being one celery stick. Nutritional values with vary with the different additions to the cream cheese.
