Ingredients

Filling Suggestions

  • 1 jalapeno pepper, deseeded and chopped
  • 1 oz Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 oz sundried tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 oz Everything Bagel Seasoning
  • 1 oz Ranch dressing, packet
  • 2 tablespoons Franks Red Hot Sauce
  • 1 oz blue cheese crumbles

Instructions

  • Clean the celery stalks thoroughly and cut them into 3-inch pieces. Set aside.

Mix the Fillings

  • Divide the cream cheese into 5 pieces and place them into 5 small bowls.
  • Combine the different fillings with the cream cheese and mix well until all ingredients are combined.
  • Using a small spoon or a piping bag, fill each celery piece with the cream cheese mixture. Be generous with the filling, ensuring each piece is well-stuffed.
  • Arrange the stuffed celery pieces on a serving platter and serve immediately, or refrigerate until ready to serve.

Notes

Makes 10 servings, with a serving being one celery stick.  Nutritional values with vary with the different additions to the cream cheese. 
A plain cream cheese filled celery stick will be 1 net carb per serving.
