Low in fat, carbs and high in protein, this healthier alternative to traditional queso is not only delicious but quick and easy. A tasty party appetizer or snack.

- 1 cup cottage cheese, plain
- ¼ cup pepper jack cheese, shredded
- 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
Add the low-fat cottage cheese and taco seasoning to a blender or food processor and blend until smooth and creamy.
Place the blended cottage cheese to a microwave safe bowl and add the pepper jack cheese.
Microwave it in 30-second increments, stirring in between, until it reaches your desired temperature.
Alternatively, place the mixture into a saucepan and heat it gently over low heat until it's warmed through, stirring frequently to prevent burning.
Once heated, pour your creamy Cottage Cheese Queso into a serving bowl and enjoy with low carb dips or crudities.
