These flourless brownies are made with cottage cheese and protein powder for a low carb dessert with a protein boost. They are very fudgy and delicious!

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8x8 inch baking dish with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  • Place all the ingredients into a blender or food processor and blitz until smooth. If the mixture is too thick, add some almond or coconut milk.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out mostly clean.
  • Allow the brownies to cool in the pan for at least 10 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

Makes 9 squares.
Allow the brownies to cool completely in the pan before cutting. This helps them set and makes it easier to cut clean slices.
