These flourless brownies are made with cottage cheese and protein powder for a low carb dessert with a protein boost. They are very fudgy and delicious!

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8x8 inch baking dish with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
Place all the ingredients into a blender or food processor and blitz until smooth. If the mixture is too thick, add some almond or coconut milk.
Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out mostly clean.
Allow the brownies to cool in the pan for at least 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
Makes 9 squares.
Allow the brownies to cool completely in the pan before cutting. This helps them set and makes it easier to cut clean slices.
