  • Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a blender or food processor.
  • Add the cottage cheese, minced garlic, chopped chives, chopped dill, lemon juice, salt and pepper and blend until smooth.
  • Taste and adjust seasonings to own taste.
  • Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and garnish with extra chives and dill if desired. Serve immediately with your favorite dippers or as a spread.
