A creamy, keto-friendly Cottage Cheese Alfredo Sauce made with blended cottage cheese, Parmesan, and garlic for a healthier high protein twist on a classic.

cottage cheese
plain

Parmesan cheese, grated

garlic, minced

tablespoons
butter, unsalted

teaspoon
Oregano, dried

heavy cream
½
teaspoon
salt
½
teaspoon
black pepper
Instructions
Place the cottage cheese in a blender and blitz until smooth.
In a large saucepan, heat the butter on a medium heat and cook the garlic for 2 minutes.
Add the cottage cheese, Parmesan cheese, heavy cream and seasoning. Simmer on a low heat until the cheese has melted and the sauce is smooth.
Remove from the heat and serve with low carb pasta, zucchini noodles or with chicken, fish or vegetables.
Notes
Makes 6 servings with a serving being ½ a cup serving.
