A creamy, keto-friendly Cottage Cheese Alfredo Sauce made with blended cottage cheese, Parmesan, and garlic for a healthier high protein twist on a classic.

  • Place the cottage cheese in a blender and blitz until smooth.
  • In a large saucepan, heat the butter on a medium heat and cook the garlic for 2 minutes.
  • Add the cottage cheese, Parmesan cheese, heavy cream and seasoning. Simmer on a low heat until the cheese has melted and the sauce is smooth.
  • Remove from the heat and serve with low carb pasta, zucchini noodles or with chicken, fish or vegetables.

Notes

Makes 6 servings with a serving being ½ a cup serving.
