Cabbage cottage cheese fritters: A crispy and creamy delight in every bite!

In a medium mixing bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, cottage cheese, eggs, parsley, salt and pepper.
Add the almond flour and mix everything well to form patties. If the mixture is too wet, add more almond flour.
Using a large cookie scooper or your hands, shape the cabbage mixture into patties.
Heat oil in a deep frying pan or skillet over medium heat.
Carefully slide the fritters into the hot oil and fry them in batches until they turn golden brown and crispy. Make sure not to overcrowd the pan.
Serve and enjoy.
Makes 10 medium sized patties.
