This berry cheesecake trifle with delicious layers of berries, cheesecake and coconut blondie is a great red, white and blue dessert. It's easy to make too!

Make the cheesecake layer
In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and vanilla extract with the sweetener until blended.
In another mixing bowl, whisk the whipped cream, then fold into the cream cheese mixture.
Assemble
In a glass, crumble a blondie in the base.
Cover with the cheesecake mixture.
Sprinkle with berries.
Repeat until the glass is full and top with cheesecake mixture.
Chill until you are ready to serve.
