Tasty rotisserie-style chicken without the heat of an oven has never been easier with a simple air fryer.

Preheat the air fryer for 5 minutes as per the manufacturer's instructions.
In a small bowl, mix the spice and herb ingredients with the olive oil.
Brush the seasoning all over the chicken and inside the chicken's cavity, saving a little aside for later.
Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking oil and place the chicken breast side down in it. Cook at 180C/350F degrees for 30 minutes.
Turn the chicken over, baste it with the remaining seasoning and cook for a further 20 minutes or until the internal temperature reads 165ºF on an instant-read thermometer.
Remove the chicken from the basket and let it rest on a cutting board.
Carve and enjoy!
