Sticks of pineapple are dusted in golden low carb sweetener and cinnamon, then air fried for a tasty tropical treat.

With a sharp knife, remove the outer skin of the pineapple and cut out the core. Slice the pineapple into bite-sized chunks or wedges, depending on your preference.
In a large bowl, toss the pineapple sticks with the brown monk fruit and cinnamon.
Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C). This ensures that the pineapple cooks evenly and becomes beautifully caramelized on the outside.
Lightly grease the air fryer basket or tray with cooking spray or a small amount of oil. Arrange the pineapple pieces in a single layer, making sure they don't overlap.
Cook the pineapple in the preheated air fryer for approximately 12-15 minutes, flipping the pieces halfway through the cooking time for even browning. Keep an eye on them to prevent overcooking. The pineapple should be golden brown and slightly crispy on the outside.
Once your air fryer pineapple is done, transfer it to a serving dish, and let it cool for a few minutes. You can enjoy it just as it is or pair it with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or a dollop of yogurt for an extra treat.
