This 3 ingredient low carb strawbery mousse is quick and easy to make.

  • 1 ½ cups strawberries sliced
  • ½ cup allulose or other low carb sweetener
  • 1 cup cream heavy/whipping


  • Place the strawberries and allulose in a blender and blitz until smooth.
  • In a medium mixing bowl, whisk the cream until stiff peaks are formed.
  • Stir in the strawberry puree until you have an even colour.
  • Spoon into serving glasses and chill for an hour before serving.


Makes 4 large servings.
