Keto Turkey Spinach Feta Meatballs

Easy and delicious turkey meatballs are flavoured with spinach and feta for a great dinner.
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 4 oz feta cheese crumbled
- 1 medium egg beaten
- 1 medium red onion peeled and diced
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tablespoons oregano
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
Preheat the oven to 200C/400F degrees and line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.
In a large pan or skillet, heat the olive oil and cook the spinach for 2-3 minutes until it has wilted.
In a large mixing bowl add the ground turkey, onion, garlic, beaten egg, oregano salt and pepper. Mix well so all the flavours are combined.
Spoon in the almond flour and mix in for a firmer consistency.
Either using a cookie scooper or your wet hands, form the mixture into balls.
Place the meatballs on the baking sheets and bake for 20 minutes until fully cooked through.
Makes about 24 medium meatballs.
