These cheesy cauliflower balls are made with leftover cauliflower mash and make a delicious side dish or snack.
- 3 cups cauliflower mash
- ½ cup Gruyere cheese grated
- ½ cup mozzarella cheese grated
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese grated
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup almond flour
Preheat the oven to 190C/375F degrees. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, add the cauliflower mash and mix in the cheeses and spices.
Either use a cookie scoop or your hands, form ball shapes from the mixture.
Place the almond flour into a shallow bowl or plate.
Roll the cauliflower balls into the almond flour for the crispy coating.
Place the balls onto the baking tray and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden.
Quantities will vary depending upon how much cauliflower mash you use.
