Blue Cheese Dressing

An easy creamy blue cheese dressing that is a salad essential!
- 4 oz blue cheese
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ⅓ cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
Crumble the blue cheese and add to a medium bowl.
Using a fork, mash the blue cheese.
Add the mayonnaise, sour cream apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, salt & pepper.
Stir well until combined.
Store in a sealed container or jar in the fridge.
A serving is 2 tablespoons.
