Ingredients

tablespoons
butter
unsalted
½
head white cabbage
shredded
1
red bell pepper
deseeded and cut into strips
1
sweet onion
peeled and sliced
2
cloves
garlic
peeled and finely chopped
1
teaspoon
kosher salt
½
teaspoon
ground black pepper

oz
cream cheese
Instructions
Melt the butter in a large saucepan.
Add the onion and garlic and sautee for 5 minutes until soft and golden.
Add the red pepper and cabbage and cook for 5-8 minutes until soft, not soggy.
Add the cream cheese and stir until soft and smooth.
Season to taste.
Eat and enjoy!
