Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl and combine well.
Add the melted butter and egg and mix thoroughly until the mixture looks like breadcrumbs.
Boil the water and add to the mixture a bit at a time, stirring thoroughly until you have a dough.
Roll out the dough in between two layers of parchment paper in a circular shape.
Place the sticks of mozzarella around the edges of the dough and fold the dough over them, making sure that they are sealed.
Place the pizza on a baking tray or pizza tray. Keep it on the parchment paper it has been rolled out on.
Bake for 15 minutes.
Remove the pizza from the oven, spoon Marinara sauce on it and add toppings of choice. Bake for a further 20 minutes.
