Coconut Butter Bars - Strawberry & Coconut
tblspn coconut oil
Gently melt the coconut butter in a Bain Marie/bowl above warm water, until it softens.
Add the coconut oil and stevia, and stir well.
Pour into a greaseproof lined tin or dish. Add the strawberries (I pushed them into the mixture).
Sprinkle with the dried coconut.
Place in the refrigerator for 2-4 hours.
Cut into squares, eat and enjoy
Serves about 8-10 squares.
