Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts skinless & boneless
  • 2 teaspoons turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon ginger
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon chilli
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala
  • 1 small onion peeled and thinly sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic peeled & chopped
  • 2 tablespoons butter unsalted
  • 1 ½ tablespoons tomato paste no sugar
  • 1 cup cream heavy/whipping

Instructions

  • Mix spices and salt with the lemon juice
  • Cut the chicken into chunks
  • Toss the chicken chunks into the spices
  • In a saucepan, heat the butter on a medium heat.
  • Add the onion and garlic and cook for 5 minutes
  • Add the chicken and cook for 3-5 minutes, stirring the chicken to ensure even cooking.
  • Add the tomato paste and cream. Cover and turn down to simmer for 5-7 minutes
