A quick dairy free dessert with avocados

Ingredients

  • 2 avocados ripe
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder unsweetened
  • 4 tablespoons erythritol or low carb sweetener
  • ½ cup coconut milk
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoons ginger ground
  • ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
  • ¼ teaspoon allspice
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Put all ingredients into a food processor and process until smooth.
  • Pour mixture into two glasses and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  • Serve with a sprinkling of cocoa power (optional)
