Frozen Cheesecake Bites

Ingredients

  • 8 oz Cream cheese softened
  • ½ cup Butter softened
  • ½ cup Erythritol or sugar substitute
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Whisk all ingredients until fluffy. Drop spoonfuls onto a wax paper lined baking sheet or into small cupcake cases. Freeze until firm for at least an hour.
  • Eat frozen and enjoy!
