Ingredients

  • 1 Avocado
  • ½ Small onion peeled & chopped
  • 1 Tomato chopped
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard

Instructions

  • Place all the ingredients in a food processor or hand blender and blitz until smooth.
  • Eat and enjoy!
