Print Recipe
- ½ lb salmon fillet
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons cajun seasoning mix
Prepare the Salmon
With a sharp knife, remove the skin from the salmon fillet. Cut the salmon fillet into small bite-sized pieces, about 1-2 inches in size. Pat them dry with a paper towel to remove any excess moisture. Set aside.
Air fry the salmon bites
Lightly grease the air fryer basket or tray with cooking spray to prevent sticking. Arrange the seasoned salmon bites in a single layer in the basket or tray, leaving space between each piece for even cooking. Depending on the size of your air fryer, you may need to cook the salmon bites in batches. Cook for 5-6 minutes at 200C/400F degrees.
Serve and enjoy.
Makes about 15 bites. A serving is half of the total recipe.
