This easy Keto French Toast recipe makes a delicious breakfast or brunch and can be made into 3 variations.

- 4 slices keto bread * see notes
- ½ cup almond milk unsweetened
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon brown monkfruit or other low carb sweetener
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
In a shallow dish, whisk the almond milk, eggs, sweetener, vanilla and low carb sweetener.
Dip the bread slices into the egg mixture, coating both sides.
Heat the butter in a pan on a medium heat and cook for 3 to 4 minutes on each side until golden.
Serve immediately.
One serving is one slice of keto bread.
