This keto baked garlic butter salmon is the perfect quick meal for any day of the week. Ready in less than 30 minutes, it’s great for lunches or weeknight dinners.

Ingredients

  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 3 tablespoons butter softened
  • ½ teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons parsley chopped
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 220C/425F degrees.
  • In a small mixing bowl make the garlic butter by mixing the butter, garlic, mustard, parsley and seasoning.
  • Place the salmon fillets skin side on a parchment lined baking sheet pan.
  • Spread the garlic butter mixture over the salmon fillets.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork. How long will depend on how thick your filets are.
  • Serve with a slice of lemon.
