A creamy low carb chocolate mousse with a dash of rum for a holiday dessert

- 6 oz cream cheese softened
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ¼ cup allulose any powdered low carb sweetener
- ¼ cup cocoa unsweetened
- 2 tablespoons rum
In a medium bowl add the cream cheese and whisk until there are no lumps.
Add the cream, powdered sweetener, cocoa powder and heavy cream.
Whisk until the mixture is light and fluffy.
Stir in the rum and taste test.
Spoon into 6 serving glasses and top with whipped cream (optional).
The net carbs will be the total carb count minus the fibre count. Carb count excludes sugar alcohols.
