A creamy and easy spinach dip served cold.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup spinach defrosted
  • 2 green onions finely chopped
  • 1 stalk celery finely chopped
  • 1 ½ cups sour cream
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, mix the cream cheese, sour cream and mayonnaise until it is lump free.
  • Add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Season to taste.
  • Spoon in a serving bowl and garnish with chopped herbs.
  • Serve with pork rinds, low carb crackers or vegetable sticks.

Notes

The net carbs will be the total carb count minus the fibre count. Carb count excludes sugar alcohols.
