An easy creamy keto blue cheese dressing that is great over salads or as a dip

Ingredients

  • 4 oz blue cheese
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • Crumble the blue cheese and add to a medium bowl.
  • Using a fork, mash the blue cheese.
  • Add the mayonnaise, sour cream apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, salt & pepper.
  • Stir well until combined to your desired consistency.
  • Store in an airtight container or mason jar in the fridge. It should last up to a week.

A serving is 2 tablespoons.
