An easy chicken recipe with great flavour.

- 4 medium chicken breasts boneless
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon cumin
- ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
- ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 tablespoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 3 tablespoons olive or avocado oil
In a bowl, whisk together all the seasoning ingredients.
Dry the chicken breasts with a paper towel, and coat them with the oil or use a non-stick spray. Then, coat evenly the breasts on both sizes with the spices.
Heat up a cast-iron skillet for a few minutes, so it is really hot. Place the chicken on the hot cast iron pan and let it cook for 5-6 minutes on each size.
Remove the chicken to a plate and let it rest for a few minutes prior to serving.
Makes 4 servings (or one chicken breast each)
