Baked Parmesan Zucchini Fries

dried Parmesan cheese
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180C/350F degrees.
Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Cut the zucchini top and bottom off.
Cut into long strips. I cut mine into half, then quartered, then cut in half again.
Beat the egg in a bowl.
Place the Parmesan cheese on a plate and spread evenly.
Dip a zucchini stick into the beaten egg.
Then dip the zucchini into the Parmesan so it is covered.
Double dip if necessary.
Place the zucchini sticks on the parchment paper.
Bake for 15 minutes, then turn over and bake for a further 10 minutes.
Eat and enjoy!
