Spicy Smoky BBQ Sauce

An easy low carb bbq sauce full of flavour
- 1/2 cup tomato paste no sugar
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 4 tablespoons erythritol low carb sweetener
- 1 tablespoon butter unsalted
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 2 teaspoon liquid smoke
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Add all the ingredients in a saucepan over a medium heat.
Stir and simmer for 5 minutes until all the ingredients are combined
Adjust to taste
Pour into a glass container until ready for use.
The net carbs will be the total carb count minus the fibre count. Carb count excludes sugar alcohols.
