Green Goddess Dressing

A quick and creamy salad dressing full of flavour. Great as a dip or marinade too!
- 2 garlic cloves peeled & chopped
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup parsley, flat leaved
- 1/4 cup tarragon, fresh
- 3 tablespoons chives
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
Store in the fridge for a week.
