Ingredients

head
White cabbage
finely sliced
½
Lemon
juice

tablespoons
Olive oil
½
cup (75g)
Feta cheese
crumbled

Spring onions,
finely chopped
½
teaspoon
Salt
½
teaspoon
Black pepper
Instructions
Place the white cabbage and green onion in a bowl.
Blend the Feta cheese, lemon and olive oil in a bowl. Add the salt and pepper.
Pour over the cabbage and toss until covered.
Eat and enjoy!
