Feta Lemon Coleslaw

  • 1/2 head White cabbage finely sliced
  • 1/2 Lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1/2 cup (75g) Feta cheese crumbled
  • 2 Spring onions, finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper


  • Place the white cabbage and green onion in a bowl.
  • Blend the Feta cheese, lemon and olive oil in a bowl. Add the salt and pepper.
  • Pour over the cabbage and toss until covered.
  • Eat and enjoy!
