Make the Base

Place all base ingredients in a large mixing bowl.

Mix until you have a breadcrumb mixture.

Press the pecan mixture into a square tin and bake.

Make the Filling

Add all fillings bar the pumpkin puree and spices in a bowl.

Whisk together until smooth.

Pour half the mixture into another bowl. Add the pumpkin and spices.


Press the pecan mixture into a square tin.

Spoon the vanilla cheesecake mixture on the base.

Spoon the pumpkin cheesecake layer on top of the vanilla layer.

Bake for 40 - 50 minutes until firm. Chill.

Serve and enjoy
