Lemon Foot Soak

Soaking your feet is a must to help dry and cracked feet.  I love the citrus smell of lemon in this treatment.   It is amazing how many ingredients that you have in your kitchen can be used in your beauty regime too!

INGREDIENTS

Bowl of warm soapy water

1 tspn Vaseline

Juice of one lemon

PREPARATION

  • Soak your feet in the warm soapy water for at least 15 minutes.   Wash and dry feet.
  • Mix the Vaseline and lemon juice in a bowl.  Rub the mixture on your feet and heels.

    Hi. Have you tried Henna on feet? It stains but will heal athletes foot naturally. My Pakistani step mother taught me this years ago. I love this site – you have me excited about eating low carb again after losing the reigns while on holiday last week. I can’t wait to try some of your recipes, thank you!
